Cube Estimator was founded by Mr. Ahmad Affan who is the Principal Consultant. He possess dynamic experience in servicing all Quantity Surveying work, billing, construction and interiors including quality control, planning and maintenance works for Government and Private Sectors.
Prepare BOQ which will provide complete item description to understand scope of work under the sub head along with quantity of work with its rate and cost. BOQ is also utilized in Tendering & Contracting in the construction industry.
Rate analysis of Building Works will furnish its exact rate as per location of Project. The cost includes the cost of materials, workers, Equipments, contractors profit and other miscellaneous petty expenses required for the particular work to be complete in unit quantity.
An estimate will give an idea about time,man power and equipment required to complete the work. Cost of quantities of materials,labours and other miscellaneous expences is determined to result total amount of fund required for completion of the work.
Prepare RA and final bills to determine the amount of fund to be paid to the contractor during a pre determined period of time.
Check bills of contrator/sub-contractor to end up with genuine amount of fund to be paid to the contrator.
Escalation in quantities of material due to improper execution needs supervision to ensure completion of project within budget.
